CHECK IN AT OUR OFFICE:
- If you are a new patient, registration must happen 24hrs before your in-office visit. Click our Appointments Tab. Request an Appointment and Follow instructions. Credit Card information is not needed if paying with cash time of visit, you can simply sign out.
- Patient’s temperatures will be checked and anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be rescheduled.
- We will require patients to wear face masks while coming, staying and exiting the office. If you do not have a mask, you will not be able to have an in-office visit.
- We are going to ask that you limit visitors joining you unless accompanying a minor or for critical transportation, communication or personal care.
- Our waiting room will be limited to minors accompanied with parents and the elderly accompanied with a caregiver. When it is time for your appointment, you will come right into a patient exam room. Due to appointments being spaced out, Please come the EXACT time of your appointment. We will not be able to see you early nor have you wait in the waiting room. There will only be a 10-minute grace period for lateness. There will be no grace period for procedures; please come on time. Once the grace period is exceeded, you will have to set another appointment online and will be charged a No-Show Fee.
- Our staff personnel will not work at our offices if they have any COVID related symptoms, and they will be screened at the start of each workday.
- Our staff will wear masks and appropriate protective equipment (PPE) and take every pre-cautionary step to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
CLEANING OUR FACILITY:
- We will disinfect each patient room before and after every patient visit. Doorknobs, desks, counters, frequently touched areas and equipment are wiped down repeatedly throughout the day. iPads will be disinfected after each patient.
- The waiting room will be cleaned throughout the day.
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available at check-in and exam rooms, and hand washing may be done in our exam rooms and bathroom facilities.
- Our policies are aligned with the latest COVID-19 guidelines issued by CDC, OSHA and local government officials.
